We had a very good vacation with family at Carmen's house. The house is very cozy and is very well equipped. Carmen and her husband are a sweetheart, they have always been aware of what we might need. It's a highly recommended place.

Amazing experience in La Caleña. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host, always attentive and willing, flexible and very nice. We were a group of 10 adults, 3 children, and a dog. The house was exactly what we needed. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, really appreciated to have one bathroom per room. On each floor, a living-dining room with kitchen, very well equipped everything, kitchenware, appliances, etc. On the ground floor, lawn area that my dog has loved, and a heated pool with a gazebo and several sunbeds. Brand new BBQ. And of course the crown jewel: A room with three gym machines and a jacuzzi that far outweighs the impression it gives in the photo. Awesome. Very comfortable beds, heating, uf, it is a myriad of elements that make the house perfect. 6 km from Ávila, 10min by car, and in the village of La Colilla itself, roads and trails that we have really enjoyed with the dog. We've been a group of friends for a couple of days and were super comfortable. The common spaces of the house are very good, including barbecue and jacuzzi with very good hygiene. The location is second to none, close to Ávila and Salamanca for the day. It also has hiking trails and the house has a donkey called Manolo and is a love. To finish, we want to highlight the host's attention. He has been attentive at all times, he recommended places to us, he explained everything perfectly and resolved the questions we had at all times. Highly recommended!

The house is very cozy and comfortable. The village is one of the nicest in the Sierra. And Leandro is very friendly.

The house is as described, with everything you need and care. Luis called us before arriving to make sure to be there to show us how everything worked. We were lucky to not have to share the pool which allowed us to enjoy the house even more. It is in a very quiet location, approx. 5 Km from Ávila city. We had a great time and felt right at home.

The house was just as in the photos and description, a shame not to be able to enjoy the large patio due to the rain, a place where we will surely repeat, when you arrive at the house Daniel has all kinds of details and instructions for the stay, different types of heating the house, details for breakfast and kitchen, do not miss anything once you are there. Pedro's house is perfect, in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It has everything you need to have a perfect stay (cleaning supplies, kitchenware, linens, and bathroom, board games, ....) The pity, not having enjoyed it more days, as it has a very nice patio to enjoy the barbecue. Also Pedro has prepared a welcome surprise that is appreciated. 100% recommended

We stayed at the weekend the family and we felt at home, the area super quiet, the beautiful environment with walking routes without having to take a car. The house was clean, tidy , spacious and very welcoming, especially the living room with the fireplace. Yolanda was very attentive and attentive and gave us many recommendations. We were this May bridge in Guadalupe's house and felt right at home. The weather did not accompany us, so most of the time we had to be inside the house, and it was phenomenal. We had a great few days, the house had everything we were looking for, comfortable living areas, the fireplace worked wonderfully, spacious spaces, a large kitchen, comfortable and with everything we needed, we didn't miss anything. The weather did not accompany us, but we were able to enjoy the house, with good reading times by the fireplace with a good glass of wine... The bedroom area with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, two rooms with two complete bathrooms. Patricia was attentive at all times, facilitating any questions we could have and I advise us about the area with places to eat, which by the way was a total success. I repeat for sure, we were left wanting to do some hiking trails in the area.

Exceptional stay at Rocio's, who received us to perfection! Always responsive and accommodating! I would highly recommend this house, beautiful place in a peaceful town 40 minutes from madrid!

We had a wonderful time at Susan Home. We had nice sunny weather in December and were also able to enjoy it on the spacious, sunny balcony! Angelo is always easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. Glad we chose Susan Home!

All phenomenal,Cristian is very friendly and attentive to everything at all times. The great house is not missing detail above all to go with children since it has soccer,ping pong, rackets....and very hot for what is appreciated. Apart from breakfast her mother tasted us with a delicious lemon cake. The wonderful area is very quiet. I recommend this place without any hesitation.
