Apartment holiday rentals in Naviglio Grande

With a week to spend on Lake Como, I wanted somewhere quiet and with personality. Nothing quite measured up until I found Teddy's place. It's on the top two floors with a lot of space and - the clincher - fantastic views of the lake from the sitting room, where I spent a lot of time. There is also a lot of privacy, despite being surrounded by other buildings. I really liked the location in Malgrate, which is walking distance from Lecco. There are several nice shops and restaurants on the road below the property, a good supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a waterfront promenade that makes a nice running route. Teddie was a friendly and responsive host and was kind enough to drive me and my big bag to and from the station. Would recommend.

We had a nice stay in the heart of the nice Navigli neighborhood. Everything was available for a comfortable accommodation. The sofa bed was also fine. Do bring earplugs to sleep well, the sound of people going out and passing trams is quite loud.

Great stay, no issues. Road access a bit complicated. The views are worth it however.

Our hosts got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Davide greeted us at the sidewalk and was friendly and gracious. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The entire apartment felt like being at home. Train station was only a 10-minute walk. Milano and Torino were a short train ride away. Novara is much easier to navigate than Milano and Torino and has everything you need, including great stores. I messed up my reservation and thought we had another night and they let us stay for a small fee. This was the best Airbnb and VRBO experience we’ve had!

Spacious and very clean apartment, it was splendid. Mavi was very friendly with us, giving us great advice and providing us with two cribs which was convenient for our two young girls. The view is amazing, especially at dawn and early evening. Be careful, the rooms are not in complete darkness at night as the bed is very comfortable, that it is well soundproofed and the neighborhood is quiet (except for a few dogs - and during the day a lot of traffic-), we sleep very well. Good starting point by car for hikes like Monte Falo, Mottarone etc or for pretty corners like Belgirate. For Stresa depending on the crowds it is better to park early or go down on foot or another way. We hope to come back when the little ones are a little bigger!

Erminio was a super helpful and kind host, the check-in system is very comfortable, the house is complete with everything and the real gem is on the balcony where you can enjoy these beautiful spring nights lying on the hammock. We will definitely be back! Ps. Very easy parking to find in front of the house, a real rarity to be in Milan!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! Alessandro was incredibly resourceful and friendly—he allowed us to drop off my bags early, which was super helpful, and had great information ready on hand about where to eat, what to see, and things to do in the city. The place was spotless, with comfy beds and fully stocked with amenities. The kitchen even had a generous selection of food and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location couldn’t have been better—just a 9-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping district. Alessandro’s warm hospitality and attention to detail really made the stay special. Highly recommend and if we can come back this will be our go to place, could not fault. thank you!!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Old building but renovated apartment. Not very big but for two people it's perfect. Everything is well cared for, fragrant blankets, impeccable cleanliness. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were also provided in the shower (apart from the train nearby but at night we did not hear it). We had a very, very good time and if we ever come back to those parts, we will definitely come back to book. Ivana was super cute. Everything was super 🙂💪🏻

The proposed apartment is great: very clean, well arranged and spacious. There is plenty to make coffee, the terraces are nice and Edouardo is an available and generous host. The location is convenient on foot 15 minutes from the Duomo and with the possibility of dining on foot as well. Eduardo recommended nice places for dinner! The accommodation is very clean! It is located on the road so a little car noise but it's not disturbing at all (while I'm usually sensitive to noise) because it's high . Eduardo is also kind to provide quiescent balls! There is a supermarket a 5-minute walk away which is very convenient. I felt at home thanks to Eduardo's availability. I highly recommend!ideal for a couple or family!

The apartment is very nice. Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, it is bright and airy. If you wish, you can park the car safely in the basement. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, nothing is missing. It is located in the heart of Varese which is convenient for walking to the restaurant, shopping or taking the train to Milan. There is traffic during the day but it is not disturbing and the nights were quiet. Communication with Francesca was excellent, the information is complete and clear. In addition, she gave us a lot of tourist information that was helpful to us. Francesca is very welcoming and available for any questions. This apartment is a perfect place to visit Lake Como, Lake Maggiore or go to Milan for the day, we had a great week there.

The space checks all boxes in terms of size , location , cleanliness and the amenities it offers . Loretta was super responsive and accommodating on all fronts . The place is very accessible by metro (P.Genova) and trams at a walking distance. Place was nice and clean with all necessary amenities to make you feel at home . Would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

I liked everything, the photos responded to reality . And the apartment has everything you need and even more. The view from the balcony is just great, in the morning you drink the most bliss. All issues were resolved very quickly. Recommended .

Davide and Benedicta were amazing hosts and their place is fabulous! Highly recommend if staying in the Lake Como area. They were so kind when I wasn’t feeling well in assisting me with finding a pharmacy and even making a call for me. They also helped when I had questions about the ferries. True gems of hosts and a lovely cozy place to stay.

Very pleasant experience on Lake Maggiore. Alberto's house made us feel at home, so much so that we preferred to have aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the lake rather than outside. very nice decor, very cheerful, equipped with everything you need even to cook. Wonderful terrace with super view! quiet location perfect to rest but with the village within walking distance. Very convenient parking.

very nice place! We were not lucky because of the weather the 1st day and the last day, and especially because there were construction works in the street every morning at 8:00am, but that is all. The location is nice and Francesca is very kind!! I would love to come back if I had a chance!

The flora house is a niceplace located in a nice condominium although a little far from the center. Tram 2 takes you straight to the cathedral and this is a resource. The house was very clean and cozy and the carefree owner was kind and available. We'll definitely be back
