Enjoy a stylish and central home! Beautiful apartment refurbished in 2025. Metro Pasteur, 5 min walk from Gare Montparnasse. On the 2nd floor elevator, 50m2, large living room, plush sofa, courtyard bedroom, quiet, bathroom, separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen from the coffee machine to the dishwasher. You have the entire place I had fun decorating! Close to cafes, restaurants, gardens in a secure neighborhood, not far from the Eiffel Tower!

Comfortable and bright Parisian studio

Bright and quiet studio close to the Sèvres Lecourbe metro but also Pasteur and Ségur in a beautiful Parisian stone apartment. All shops nearby. 2 steps from Avenue de Breteuil and its beautiful lawns for walking or running. The studio is 20 m2 with a bathroom and separate toilet. The main room has a 140 cm double bed, an equipped kitchenette and a dining area and desk. Located on the 5th floor, overlooking the courtyard, without elevator access.
