Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

The Cabanon

Small renovated house in the middle of the orchards, located in the Durance Valley and the Avance Valley at the foot of Lake Serre-Ponçons and its dam in Rousset, (15 minutes away) the Bois-Vieux floating pool, the beaches of the Three Lakes of Rochebrune, the Durance Valley and its many local producers, the Demoiselles Coiffées de Théus, the Colombis peaks etc., natural curiosities, walks, wine tastings, difficult to discover everything during your stay! 4 people no more.

The Valban house is ideal for a pleasant weekend, for families or groups of friends. The relaxation room with sauna and jacuzzi is private and accessible at no extra cost all year round. The garden is perfect for outdoor activities or a barbecue. The accommodation is ideally located: close to the village and its shops but also a large number of leisure activities (hiking, skiing, cycling, water sports, paragliding...). The Dévoluy ski areas are only 20 minutes by car.

The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Hiking trails pass 150 meters away. Special welcome for bikers and board games!

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Free Wi-Fi. Garden and balcony with mountain view, not overlooked. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Beautiful terrace with barbecue. (No dining room). It is also suitable for people traveling on business. To rest in peace after a day of work. Large parking lot, no parking problems, van accepted.
