Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

All in a quiet setting. The perfect base camp for all sporting activities, or simply for peace and quiet.

The log cabin

Enjoy a magnificent view of the start of the Ecrins, quiet, in a log cabin. The chalet is located on the edge of the forest, on the edge of the red fruit farm of Mur'Mûres d'Isabelle. Located near Gap, at the foot of Ceüse Mountain, offering many opportunities for outdoor activities (hiking, climbing, mountain biking, Lake Pelleautier, horseback riding...). Ski resorts 35 km away: Joue du loup, Ancelle. If there is snow at our place, access to the chalet ends on foot for 50 m.

The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Hiking trails pass 150 meters away. Special welcome for bikers and board games!

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Free Wi-Fi. Garden and balcony with mountain view, not overlooked. Nearby: Lake Serre Ponçon, whitewater sports, many hiking trails from Champsaur and Valgaudemar, Tallard airfield for your parachute jumps, Golf 5 minutes away!

New studio with independent entrance in a quiet and residential area. Electric roller shutters. Parking space. Modern kitchen with induction hob, range hood, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The studio attached to my home is separated by the garage for more discretion. The south-facing terrace will bathe in sunshine from the first rays. The accommodation is located 10 min from Tallard, about 30 min from the ski resorts and Lac de Serre Ponçon.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
