Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Groups up to 4 people only get the first floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 4 single beds. Groups of 5 or more people get 3 bedrooms with 5 single beds.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and delighted by its bright and friendly decor, it is practical and cozy. You can expect the comfort you want for a few days of vacation (or a business trip). You can reach the apartment itself via about 70 stairs (so it is not barrier-free), south-west hillside location with separate entrance. Welcome!
