Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Double Dolphin Bungalow

This is a great beach apt. located on the 1st floor. walk 1 short block to the beach and put your toes in the sand. This neighborhood is close to everything, we even have a local coffee shop a few doors down. Cute space with all tile floors and comfy furniture to kick back and relax after a day in the sun. Just for added information no central air or heat but we have window units and electric fireplace and space heaters. Will accept pets on a case by case basis $40.00 per stay pet fee.

Walk out the door of our OCEANFRONT Condo onto our oceanfront deck which offers a relaxing outdoor living room where you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee! With wide views of the ocean from the kitchen & living room, this condo offers a queen suite with walk-in shower, vanity w/mirror and separate toilet closet. We have beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and soft-side cooler waiting for you inside! Private beach access and oceanfront pool just steps from your door!
