Holiday rentals with breakfast in Neptune Beach

Alex was by far the best host I've had in my Airbnb years. I enjoyed staying at his place during the Players Championship week. He was responsive to questions, and his place was nice and peaceful.

My all time favorite stay. The house is charming, artistic and quirky in the best sense. Leah is the loveliest host. Her artistic and cheerful nature is expressed in the interior as she continually curates the decor. Fun surprises are around every corner. The neighborhood abounds with walkable restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bike rental, bookstores, a library and necessities like a pharmacy and grocery. A local bus service can get you further afield to an even wider selection with no need for a car. Leah goes far out of her way to make sure all of her guests are comfortable and happy. (She bakes THE MOST amazing goodies)! Thank you, Leah for all your kindness and for creating such a happy place. I can’t wait to come back!

Mark was a great host. We booked same day and he was very accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again. It was a work trip so I can’t speak to the vacation aspects of the area but the property was perfect for our needs and as pictured and described. Thank you Mark!

My husband and I had an amazing stay here! This Airbnb had everything we needed and more—super comfy bed, luxurious linens, great snacks, excellent coffee and soft drinks, beach gear, bikes, laundry, and more. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that’s perfect for walking and close to Resturant. The space felt so welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed—highly recommend! Mike was a fantastic host, and the house was just what we needed for our stay in Jacksonville. The one bed was a little hard, but I wouldn’t let that deter you unless you are very sensitive! Mike was very responsive, answered very quickly both before I booked and after! Highly recommend his place!

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

Had a great time in JAX! This spot was a great home base to go all over the northeast coast of Fl. Very clean and nice bathroom!

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back
