Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Neu-Ulm

The place was great! Claus is super nice, was very helpful on site and provided us with many tips. The apartment is modernly equipped (great sauna - everything in the house) and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. For 7 people it may already be a little cozy or tight (😅) but for four it was great! Thank you Claus for the wonderful stay!

Highly recommended. Great location at the city park and 5 minutes walk to the old town/train station, bus stop right at your doorstep. Lots of space, great for families and longer stays. Underground parking, elevator, everything is there and very convenient. Host communication was very good and always very fast. When I asked about washing facilities, the following day I received the notification that you got and installed a brand new washing machine in the laundry room in the building downstairs. It couldn't be better. The cozy, nicely decorated conservatory/balcony is a special highlight.

I had a fantastic time at the place again and look forward to next time!

A very private and quiet accommodation less than a 10-minute walk to Obertürkheim station... Fast train connection to downtown. Own floor divided into two living areas in the old building with fully functional kitchen. Delightfully green backyard is also available. Petra welcomed us very warmly and was ☺️ always accommodating! A very enriching weekend!

Very nicely furnished, super clean apartment. The location is quiet and very nice to discover with children. What we particularly like is that the children in the apartment had nice play opportunities and the children's books occupied our children.

We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Everything is sparkling clean, very quiet, great views from the beautiful balcony, a wonderful sofa and everything lovingly furnished. Everything we needed was there. Very nice landlady. very good communication.

Host was good, speaks English, and House is really good, from the house location it is easy reach all places in ULM, 1min walk to tram station and bus stop.

Great vacation rental in an absolutely quiet location. The house has been very thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail, you lack nothing. Very homely, lots of indirect lighting, cozy atmosphere. The view from the bed is fantastic. Everything tiptop clean. The landlords are very open and helpful people who always try to make you feel comfortable. We arrived and felt right at home. Incidentally, we did not notice any unpleasant smells as described in the previous review.

As a stop on the way home, the rest with Marcellus and Lee was interesting and relaxing. Marcellus Garten is a worth seeing splendor, Lee provided us with very tasty Asian food. The house is individual, there is personality and history in all corners. The conversations with Marcellus were stimulating and exciting and kept us busy on the way back. As a North German, I would describe Marcellus as a Bavarian unique piece with heart and mind, which you can use to deal with.

The place offered us more than what we expected. We were 14 adults and there were enough rooms and toilets. The house was old but very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group of people. The backyard was beautiful with farm animals around. The kids enjoyed playing there. Both Rosa and Herwig are wonderful people and were very responsive. They even let us stay longer on the day of check out so that we can enjoy the beautiful weather outside. Overall a very nice stay. Thank you Rosa and Herwig.

Communication with Max was very pleasant before, during and after the stay. Check-in was simple and well described. You have to be a little lucky when looking for a parking space - but you usually find one. The accommodation is clean and equipped with everything necessary. The value for money is therefore right. Can recommend Airbnb for stays in and around Stuttgart. Wishing you many more nice guests Max :)

Once again excellent experience with Simon! I highly recommend him and his place. He's such an amazing host: always prepared the room in the best way possible to welcome you and make you feel at home. His place is just next to the bus stop so super convenient if you have luggage. Clean apartment with all amenities and everything needed. I can't recommend him enough, he deserves six stars!

I stayed in Andre’s apartment for two months and had a great experience. The place was exactly as described, very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located close to the exhibition halls. Parking was never an issue. Andre was incredibly kind and always available whenever I needed anything. Thank you for the great stay!
