Beautiful living in the southeast of Munich

In the basement of our well-kept semi-detached house in Ottobrunn we rent a separate apartment with a living room/bedroom (bed 140x200), another room with cooking facilities and dining/work table as well as a private shower room. All rooms have a window so that plenty of daylight enters and no "cellar feeling" arises. Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, internet DSL/WLAN, TV (cable Germany)available; bed linen, towels are provided, shared use of the washing machine by arrangement. Our modern house is located in a green, very good residential area - the access to the motorway Salzburg and Nuremberg is very close, but not audible! By car, it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Shops, restaurants, Phoenix adventure pool with sauna area, tennis courts, ice skating rink are within walking distance - it is a 10-minute drive to the Brunnthal Golf Course, the bus stop to the Ottobrunn S-Bahn or Neuperlach-Süd U-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away, parking in front of the house is no problem. We are very familiar with Munich and the surrounding area, are happy to give tips for things to do (culture, restaurants, beer gardens, events, excursions, shopping, etc.) and try to find quick solutions if problems arise. We also speak English and are looking forward to nice guests!

It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.
