Hiya, super happy to introduce you my cosy Studio: No Tv, but film projector available 🎥. This you can enjoy from bed. Here you can relax and enjoy the kitchen facilities. But be aware no dinning table. I’m sure you will enjoy your staying here for a short period, Coffee , Tee included Supermarket 7mins by walk Bus station 3mins by walk and so on you can reach easily the airport or the city centre. Stylish oasis between Munich & Erding

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Additional information is of course available in the apartment.

My Home Temporary living

We offer you an attractive, very spacious 3-room apartment (80 square meters) in the east of Munich. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. (1 x double bed, 1 x slightly wider bed) Good transport links via the adjacent expressway (FTO). You can reach the thermal spa Erding in about 10 minutes, the Riem trade fair in 20 minutes, as well as Munich Airport. It is 10 minutes to the A 94. (Entrance/exit Markt Schwaben) The nearest S-Bahn stops are 5 minutes away by car (St. Koloman or Ottenhofen).

Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! The proximity to the airport, the A94 & A92 makes arrival easy. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Our modern, quiet 2-room apartment with 70 square meters, which is located on our well-kept equestrian farm, was completed in 2024. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a box spring bed and a large wardrobe. In the living and dining room, there is a spacious living area and a cozy dining table in addition to a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in rain shower. In front of the entrance area there is a seating area at your disposal.

Cozy apartment, approx. 40 m² with living /sleeping area (double bed), separate kitchen with dining area and private bathroom with tub. A children's travel bed and/or an extra mattress for a child are available. The S-Bahn to Munich (runs every 20 minutes) is within walking distance (10 minutes), travel time: 25 minutes to Marienplatz, close to the A 99 / A 94. In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.

Stylish & Quiet 3-room attic apartment

The quiet but centrally located 3 room attic apartment with balcony in the heart of the large county town of Erding. Refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker available. Within walking distance you can reach the newly created recreation area, with swimming lake, games and sports facilities. You can also reach the bus stop to the Therme Erding, S-Bahn station Erding and Munich Airport in a few minutes. The journey to Munich Airport takes 15 minutes by car.

Roof terrace feeling - pure relaxation after the convention or excursion: The sunny, friendly, generously-sized apartment with large terrace-like balcony on the top floor offers a wonderful view of the Alps and the countryside. By S-Bahn train, you are in the center of Munich in 25 minutes. It is also close to the convention center, Erdinger Therme and the airport. Not every offer has this: dishwasher and washing machine! Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
