Eco half-timbered house Black Forest: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Vintage living (30 m²)

Our cozy vintage apartment is bright, quiet and very centrally located. It is a non-smoking apartment of about 30 m² and partially exposed sandstone walls. From April to September, we offer an outdoor seating area on the south side. Shopping and tram (5 min.) are within walking distance; ideal connection to the highway (Karlsbad). A good starting point for excursions to the countryside (Northern Black Forest) and nearby cities (e.g. Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim).

Views of nature, a fire pit and a hot tub invite you to slow down and let go — perfect for couples and quiet time together. The apartment "Mitten im Herzen" is, as the name suggests, right in the heart of Schöllbronn. It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.
