Auch Hamburg erreichst du in 30 Minuten. In ca. 3 Km. Entfernung ist die Horster Bahnhaltestelle. Hier ist ein Parkplatz und Fahrradstellplätze.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the top floor of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Hamburg. I live on the ground floor. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach Hamburg in about 40 minutes. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our apartment EBBE, renovated in 2022, with a separate entrance, is a 1-room apartment with a kitchen-living room including a table with seating. In the living area there is a table, smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with microwave and coffee machine etc. The bathroom includes a shower with thermostat, wall toilet and sink. A designated separate parking space is in front of the house.
