Our little renovated Kate from 1876 is quiet and only 900m from the dyke. Large, sheltered garden on the edge of a field, with a covered terrace and a beach chair. Approx. 100 m² of living space on the ground floor, with a large kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a living and dining area, and a small bedroom for one person. Large open bedroom on the second floor. Bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by steep stairs. The sleeping accommodation for the 4th person is a niche (175x140). Private sauna for a fee.

It is located in Neufelderkoog directly on the North Sea coast about 20 minutes from Brunsbüttel and 10 minutes from Marne. It is located in a secluded location in the tranquility of the marsh. The lake dyke is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take a walk. Neufelder harbor is also just a few minutes away.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The house is situated in Großenrade in the outdoor area in the middle of the countryside. From the house you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. The Kiel Canal is only a few minutes' drive away. The North Sea is easily accessible by car. The house has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room, a kitchen and a shower room.
