In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Das Haus Sandkasten ist ein alter Bauernhof, von dem die Scheune neu ausgebaut wurde. Hier befinden sich 10 gemütliche Zimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten, so dass bis zu 20 Personen bei uns Platz finden. Die Zimmer sind zur nord- und Südseite des Hofes ausgerichtet. In der Mitte der Scheune befindet sich die Gemeinschaftsküche und 5 Badezimmer. Die Scheune bietet mehrere gemütliche Sitzecken, nebst einem großen Essplatz. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Ausgang zur Terrasse.

Aloa your holiday tires, it's best to read the whole text! The one-room apartment is 55 sqm and can accommodate 2 adults. Besides, it's my small, private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From a fully automatic coffee machine to a Wii U, everything is there. Those who want to unlock more levels are welcome.;-)

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
