In the west of Duisburg, on the city limits to Krefeld and Moers, our apartment (45 square meters) is located in a quiet side street. Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

Here you are in the countryside (opposite forest) and yet only 3 minutes to highway A40 (Tönisberg or Vluyn) or 10 minutes to A57 (Moers or Kamp-Lintfort) Ideal for families, fitters, trade fair guests (40 km to Messe Düsseldorf) Bedroom can be used with 1 double bed or up to 3 single beds depending on requirements. The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

You will have your own 2 room flat , (2nd floor), no elevator, heavy suitcases are not recommended.The unit can be locked . 2 separate bedrooms, one has a matrimonial (180 cm x 200 cm ) bed, the other room has 2 single beds (100x90 cm).
