Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Smaller semi-detached house near the city center (4 people)

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

The spa area with sauna and whirlpool can be used on request for a fee. There are many well-developed bike paths around. There are plenty of options for parking and loading bicycles and cars. Enjoy simple living in this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation.

Willkommen im AS Apartment in ruhiger Lage von Vluyn, nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum und Geschäften entfernt. Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Eckcouch). Auch für Einzelreisende geeignet. WLAN, Parkplatz, Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder zur Verfügung. Ideal für Familien, Paare oder kleine Gruppen.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

A cozy and stylish apartment in the middle of Vluyn. The apartment is spread over 3 levels which makes up the special character. A large terrace or the large couch invites you to relax. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The dining table is suitable for 4-8 people. The apartment has a comfortable double bed as well as a sofa bed for two more people. The bathroom is small but functional.
