Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy holiday apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "gardens of the world" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. The underground and S-Bahn (5) are 15 minutes away by bus. At Christmas time, we have particularly nice decorations and the mulled wine pot is ready. Berlin has many very beautiful Christmas markets and there is a magical light show in the nearby zoo.

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone in all seasons. In addition to a gas central heating system, you can also light the large fireplace and cook on the wood-fired stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with a grill ring and a large dining area with a parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. If it rains, we also have a small, cosy terrace with a panoramic window.
