Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scene and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min. Rate includes 7,5% city tax PLUS 15.5% airbnb fees (23% in total). If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.

Studio in Neukölln/Schillerkiez

Our work studio has a total area of approx. 50 m2, plus a terrace, a bathroom, a kitchen and a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. From the 5th floor, the view is of a green sea of trees. But there is no lift! Since the studio is under the roof, it can get quite warm during periods of hot weather. We have two good fans and blinds on the windows. There are a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars in the surrounding area. Tempelhofer Feld, the former Berlin airport, is a 5-minute walk away.
