It consists of a spacious entrance area, a kitchen with sitting area, living room with Swedish stove, three bedrooms, toilet and bathroom with shower, bathtub, separate toilet and a large south balcony, which is accessible via the living room and bedroom 1. A large meadow and a piece of forest with a stream belong to the house.

The apartment, consisting of an anteroom, bathroom and living room (kitchen, dining area, sofa, double bed, wardrobe, TV), was completely renovated in 2018.
