The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Unique designer apartment located in Spa Residenz Neusiedl with direct access to private SPA area consisting of indoor pool, relax rooms, several saunas and outdoor pool, which are free to access. Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.

Apartment is in a family house with garden in a small Austrian village close to Slovakian border, 15 km from Bratislava City center (15 minutes by car) and 50 km from Vienna (45 min by car). Located in a beautiful valley of Male Karpaty in Danube region. Cycling and tourist possibilities as well as original local wine cellars. In Kittsee, next village you can visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet.

The spacious bedrooms are perfect for 4-6 people and therefore also ideal for larger families or close friends. The highlight is the lovingly redesigned kitchen. Here you will find enough space and everything you need to cook all the great delicacies of the region. A quiet, secluded courtyard invites you to linger and taste.
