Great Host, clear check-in and check out instructions. Loved the location, very close to eat out options and super market. Felt right at home and the home was conveniently stocked for coffee and kitchen amenities. Definitely recommend the stay.

This place is a good deal. If you are open to staying in a place that is more homey than showroom-staged, and you are looking for cost savings…this is the place for you. Maria was very responsive when we had any issues and was a delight to talk with. There description is accurate. We could hear minor noise but was not disruptive at all. We appreciated the location and the homey feel.

Very clean, modern home, peaceful neighborhood. Lots of space inside and outside of the house. Close to many grocery stores so it was quick to grab things we forgot. 10-15 minute drive to downtown was convenient. Overall a great house and very responsive host

Lovely house! Served our needs for accommodating family for the weekend from out of state. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard. Easy access, easy check-in and check out. The host was even flexible when I needed to check in a couple hours earlier. Highly recommended!

It was a very beautiful accommodating home, not just for the us but also for our children. everything you need and more is provided for and just makes you feel at home, and comes with the bonus of the beautiful view.

The place is very cozy and clean. Comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities like a pool/ hot tub/ and adequate gym. Feels like a safe location with a walking trail right outside. Get beautiful sunsets over the mountains every night. Would stay here again

Beautiful place and an excellent stay. We loved our time here. The fireplace is an absolute highlight. The only issue we felt is the kitchenette lacked some supplies. Maybe having some basic salt/pepper/cooking oil would have really helped. Amazing place with an amazing experience otherwise!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were wonderful, the apartment was clean and the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. The area was gated and we did feel pretty safe. They offered a garage but our Suburban was too large for it so we used their complimentary parking pass in the main parking area and someone did break into our car's extra storage compartment. Luckily, we had emptied the contents so they walked away empty handed.

Nice little place, its only 7 min away from the casinos but, unfortunately the ride share was charging $80 for that short drive. Had to drive since its not a safe walkable road. Not ideal for us since we like to have a some drinks. Other than that the place is nice just a little too dusty, i left my clothes on top of the night stand and got dirty. The floor needs a good cleaning as well specially the rug in the bathroom. The towels need to be replaced, some had stains and the body towels are falling apart, I started drying off and I got full of fabric, Jumped back in the shower and dried with the hand towel instead.

Great condo to get away from the noise of Vegas casinos while being very close to everything when desired.

What a great place! First time we stayed in incline village. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Andrew has been an amazing host, and we were very thrilled to stay at his place! Place was clean with beautiful amenities. We were worried about distance from strip but turned out we loved the neighborhood even better as we could get away from loud noises from the strip. It was less than 10 mins drive when we needed and very accessible. Definitely will come back!!

Overall it was a great stay. Loved the location and the place was very clean. We arrived around 2:00 am and the instructions on how to find the place were not clear so we called the owner and he answered and got us where we need to be. He was extremely helpful. Other than the start, everything was great and would definitely stay again!

Such an amazing place! Decorations/setup, amenities, location all 10/10. It actually had so much more amenities than we were even expecting. We had a hard time wanting to leave to explore because there was so much to do and be entertained with there. It was a little less than a 20 minute easy walk to the gondola for skiing as well as the village and many casinos so we never needed to uber. Can’t recommend the place enough!

The place was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids. We loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and the beach. Even though there was no snow at the time we went, we enjoyed how peaceful it was and we were able to drive to Truckee for some snow play time.
