The suite is fully separated from our main home, offering comfort, privacy, and a private entrance with dedicated parking on the right side of the driveway. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to shops and cafes. Please note: the studio is windowless by design for added quiet and privacy. A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. Common area outside of the guesthouse includes the pool, spa, exercise room, pickle-ball court, bocce court and patio with a gas and an electric BBQs. FOR NO SHARING OF COMMON AREAS—See Below.

My pretty little house

The Bottling Room at Tarantula Ranch Vineyard is a private guest studio situated next to our families micro-vineyard located outside of Death Valley National Park in the Mojave Desert. The room was formally used for crushing, bottling, and aging wine but we have completely remodeled it into a small studio with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, powder room, and outdoor shower. Aside from the vineyard view, enjoy the wild desert views and amazing night skies while visiting.
