Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Nevada

This is a very nice house and very spacious! Easy check in process. House was super clean. Only 10-15min away from the Las Vegas strip! This location is a great place to stay for big groups and a really great price! Rooms and restrooms were clean. I strongly recommend this house and will definitely be back!

Cozy place walkable to Stagecoach ski lift. Very convenient. Place was comfortable and clean. Washing machine was out of order but our stay was short so we didnt need it. 2-3 flights of stairs to climb to get in and out of the airbnb at a higher altitude but doable and makes for a better view of the Nevada side of the mountain range. Steps needed regular shoveling during the snow storm on top of the shoveling service that came by once a day. They laid down salt as well to help prevent ice formation on the steps. Snow plows ran pretty regularly to make the roads as safe as possible. There is a fairly steep downhill drive to get to the airbnb that can easily result in hydroplane in icy conditions so drive slow and have AWD and snow tires and/or chains in stormy winter conditions. Parking was easy/directly in front of the airbnb and snow plows did a good job of clearing out snow to keep spaces open. 10-12 minute drive into town for good food and ski rentals. Fair price. Would stay again!

We had an excellent stay!

Lorrie was immediately responsive to messages with questions. The home was beautiful and spotless. The beds were comfortable with lots of nice pillows. There were lots of little extras like coffee, tea, dog treats, even laundry pods and softener if you needed to wash something. It felt like we were at “home” and Lorrie really put extra effort into it being a great booking.

This was our second time staying here - we love it so much! It's the ideal location right across from Stagecoach lift. It has all the amenities we'd need like a ski locker and hot tub. Ally is incredibly responsive and a wonderful host.

Amazing home! Loved the aesthetic of the house, felt very modern and artsy. Had all the amenities you could wish for. The jacuzzi was a blast, and the surrounding nature was beautiful. Tony was very helpful and proactive in getting us situated!

Property is located trailside with easy access to the chairlift. About a 10 min drive into downtown Tahoe. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. The home is spacious but has a lot of stairs. There is an elevator but we had some issues with it getting stuck. There are 3 large bedrooms with on suite baths. The two remaining bedrooms share a small 3/4 bath. The property worked well for our group of 10. Would stay here again.

My family and I spent two nights at this place and we loved our stay. Pavel was very nice and professional. We appreciate him giving us an extra couple of hours to stay before checkout. The house has a lot of beds, rooms, doors, and stairs. Lol! But don’t get me wrong, it was great for us. Perfect for a big party of families and friends. The location is also close to downtown.

I was amazed by how nice the place was for the price. It was also right around the corner from Heavenly’s Stagecoach Lodge. Slawek was incredibly responsive to questions and I would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for skiers. We could literally see the early-morning line forming at the Stagecoach lift from the window in the living room, which helped us decide how quickly to hurry out. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area. Very clean and cozy. Bring your own firewood if you would like a fire in the fireplace. Covered (and close) parking was also a plus - very convenient and protected from the snow in the winter. Awesome place!

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! Super comfortable, perfect for our two families with 4 kids together in the bunk room. Alex was very responsive and communicative throughout. Although it’s not walkable to the lift, there are great views, and it’s a really quick drive to a free lot by Stagecoach. We’d go back!

We had a pleasant stay. This place was clean, quiet, and easy with basic accommodations & comfortable beds. We would stay here again, it was a good place for the family to sleep after skiing hard each day.

This place was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. It had everything I needed to cook meals. And plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We spent our Christmas there and brought our own little tree to add some decor. Kids had fun playing outside in the snow and come inside to get warm by the fire. It was a great price for the space and would highly recommend. And Host was amazing about keeping in touch and answering and silly questions I had. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Vanda is a great host knowledgeable of the area And always available at any time.

George's place was very comfortable. It's a nice apartment with an excellent layout housing up to 6 people, and it is extremely well stocked. Everything was clean. We would stay again anytime.

Dave's place is just as advertised. It is a short drive to the Nevada lifts at Heavenly, and convenient to South Lake. It also perfectly placed between the Epic resorts of Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Northstar. I had a few questions during my stay, and Dave was always responsive. The house could use a few more creature comforts for multiple guests, such as a place to store ski equipment, coats, and more dining space. On the whole, I had a great stay and I would stay there again.

Robin is very friendly and helpful! Her place is clean and comfortable like described. My friends and I had a great trip thanks to Robin!

Good ski in/ski out location, you will need to walk on the road for 60 yards or so to access Stagecoach lift. Be careful on the stairs getting down to the place, they are kept clean but I can see how they could be hard to climb up and down. The space is great, plenty of room and beds, the kitchen is big enough to move around in and the living space offers plenty of room.

Christina was a lovely host! She was responsive and helpful. There were personalized touches for our stay, which was very thoughtful. The home is clean and has everything you need. We went during snow season, so it was cozy and warm. The location is central to many of Incline Village’s parks, restaurants, entertainment, and amenities. Please follow Christina’s instructions for parking, as they do strictly enforce the permits.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the essentials (plus extra touches like fast Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen). The location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out was the unbeatable value: you get premium comfort and convenience without the premium price tag.

Ash was a great host! The place was clean and just steps away from the Stagecoach lift. Love the ski-lodge themed decor and the private hot tub that is convenient on the deck.
