If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

Alternatively, the Kennedy covered car park is a 10-minute walk away. The house is located within the historic centre but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
