Holiday rentals with a home cinema in New Hampshire

We had a great stay!! Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room! The amenities were great, took full advantage of the indoor pool due to rain. The restaurants Eric recommended in his listing were great as well, we tried The Common Man, CJs Penalty Box, and Black Mt Burger Company, none disappointed!

I feel like this is a great choice in Portsmouth. It was much more affordable than almost everywhere and was a quality stay. Amr even picked me up from the bus stop in the evening to make getting in much less stressful. This saved me money, time and effort and was a very nice gesture. The place is nice and the room is private as well as comfy. A bit out of downtown BUT there is a bus stop a block away that leaves every hour for $1.50 and is very easy to figure out. It’s only about a 15 minute trip to the attractions. If I come back to NH, I hope to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful cozy train station home. Susan not only went above and beyond to make us comfortable but to have a wonderful Valentine's celebration weekend. We even had a snow storm and she was wonderfully responsive and caring. I would so highly recommend this comfortable clean home! Thank you again for suggestions/recommendations and a home well catered for.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Stonewood Chalet! The house is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures! The kitchen was stocked with coffee and very clean. The media room was amazing! We had so much fun gaming and watching movies. The hot tub was very relaxing and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Yogita is incredibly friendly and helpful and was very responsive when it came to any questions we had. The house is incredibly private and quiet while still only being 15 minutes away from tons of restaurants and shops in North Conway. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful relaxing time away! Thank you!!

Our stay at Derek’s property was exceptional. From the outset, Derek’s outstanding communication ensured a seamless experience, making our trip truly memorable. The house itself was stunning, beautifully designed, warm, and inviting, offering an array of activities that kept us thoroughly entertained. We particularly enjoyed the variety of games, the expansive yard, and the relaxing hot tub, all of which contributed to an unforgettable weekend. We couldn’t get enough of the downstairs area and the couch, it may have been the most comftorable couch any of us have been on. We will be back in the future and wholeheartedly recommend booking a stay here!

This house was great for a large group to visit Sunapee area. Cassandra was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, neat, very well stocked, and had plenty of space and things to do.

We were able to comfortably accommodate our entire family(our parents and children). The first floor bedroom is perfect for those with limited abilities. The kitchen is well stocked for any dish you could imagine and the beds were very comfortable. Thank You for being a special part of this families celebration.

Anna-Lisa was a wonderful host - very responsive & helpful. The house is great - very comfortable and neat amenities (basement tv setup was a big hit!) The lake is very small but lovely

I went with a big group of friends for a weekend and our stay was amazing! We had some plans prepared around the area but the house was so nice that none of us wanted to leave it! The amenities such as the grill, the hot tub, the pool table and the mini theatre kept us entertained the whole weekend, and the views were breathtaking. Hannah was an incredible host, and we can’t wait to go back.

Perfect place to stay for a ski trip! Ten minutes away from a mountain and with enough amenities.

Our family had a great time exploring the area and Joel’s home was a restful retreat.

The view of the mountain from the living area was beautiful. The shuttle service to the mountain made it easy for our group of 11 to get on the slopes. The spacious area of the home kept us out of each other’s way!!! An added benefit was being close to stores and shops.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Off season made our stay exceptional an experience. Everyplace we went was not crowded, Riverwalk included. I believe we have stars in our eyes because we enjoyed having a hot tub to ourselves plus quite dinning at Riverwalk. Having a coffee carafe is so nice in the morning. Thank you! I really appreciated that. I’m not a single cup fan. The little kitchen nook has what you need to eat a quick bit. Honestly, we booked because there were Tesla chargers on site. However, even with our adapter they were not compatible. We learned one more lesson about car charging. No problem though , we charged at Loon mountain and did a fast charge later in the week at a Tesla charge in Conway. We loved staying at Riverwalk and tried to find time to fit in a wine tasting and sitting by the fire pit. There just wasn’t time.

Had a wonderful stay here with plenty of accommodations and everything was very straight forward and as listed. The maintenance man was very helpful and a pleaser to talk with. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beata was very responsive to all my needs and questions! Perfect place for large family: parents, grandkids and grandparents. Felt everyone had enough space to all hang out and also privacy when needed!!! Pool and hot-tub in building shared by others was a huge plus:: everyone enjoyed their time here. Thank you again Beata!! Hope to come and stay again in the summer.

The place was great. It was clean and the location to the lake and ski mountain was amazing.
