Holiday rentals with a home cinema in New Hampshire

We had a great stay!! Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room! The amenities were great, took full advantage of the indoor pool due to rain. The restaurants Eric recommended in his listing were great as well, we tried The Common Man, CJs Penalty Box, and Black Mt Burger Company, none disappointed!

I feel like this is a great choice in Portsmouth. It was much more affordable than almost everywhere and was a quality stay. Amr even picked me up from the bus stop in the evening to make getting in much less stressful. This saved me money, time and effort and was a very nice gesture. The place is nice and the room is private as well as comfy. A bit out of downtown BUT there is a bus stop a block away that leaves every hour for $1.50 and is very easy to figure out. It’s only about a 15 minute trip to the attractions. If I come back to NH, I hope to stay here again.

Yogita went above and beyond as a host, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, and this is by far the best. The house itself is stunning-walking in felt like stepping into a Zillow listing. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and well thought out. The location is perfect, with easy access to both North Conway and King Pine. The hot tub was a fantastic touch after a day out, and the movie screen made for a cozy night in. Every guest had a comfortable stay, and we truly didn’t want to leave. If you’re considering booking this place-do it! You won’t regret it. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this ski house! The condo was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of room for our two families to relax and enjoy our time together. The layout was perfect, with comfortable bedrooms and a great common area for gathering after a day on the slopes. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the mountain, which made getting to and from skiing a breeze. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches that made it feel like home. It was the perfect spot for a memorable family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is VERY large - it worked perfectly for two families for a ski weekend and could have accommodated more! The kitchen was well-equipped and there is a nice big table for family meals. The beds and linens were comfortable, and the gas fireplace was a nice bonus. Our kids loved the game room! Easy 10 minute drive to Mt. Sunapee even in snowy conditions. We will be back!

A beautiful secluded property right on the pemi, this place is a real gem. The house has everything you need and more. the property has a lot to offer with trails and a spot by the river that was perfect for fishing. the host was very responsive, we had a few questions on the first night of our stay and they responded within minutes. we had a really great time here!

This house was the PERFECT spot for the annual retreat my husband and I have with our Army family. There were 6 of us, and we ALL agreed this has been the best trip yet. The property, both inside and out, was beautiful and well maintained. No shortage of kitchen ware (we cooked in a lot and needed nothing), towels (both bath and lake), bedding, etc. Anything we might have forgotten was thought of and already there for us. The outdoor bar with music system was a fantastic touch as we spent most of our time outside enjoying the private beach playing corn hole, or just floating in the water. The indoor entertainment center was great for evening movies. Great area as well. We spent a day in Meredith, about a 45 min drive on beautiful back roads. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze, and Anna-Lisa was the ultimate host. Very communicative, responsive, thoughtful, and kind. I'm running out of characters or I would go on and on. Highly recommend this property and it's fabulous host!

Great house, great host and great stay ! The house was spotless, perfectly equipped and spacious, even for our group of 13. Hannah was super friendly and responsive. I 100% recommend !

Our family had a great time exploring the area and Joel’s home was a restful retreat.

Lisa’s place was perfect and homie, we used her condo while when my mil had a surgery at Dartmouth and it was very close. We were able to relax, while being close enough to not stress.

The view of the mountain from the living area was beautiful. The shuttle service to the mountain made it easy for our group of 11 to get on the slopes. The spacious area of the home kept us out of each other’s way!!! An added benefit was being close to stores and shops.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Off season made our stay exceptional an experience. Everyplace we went was not crowded, Riverwalk included. I believe we have stars in our eyes because we enjoyed having a hot tub to ourselves plus quite dinning at Riverwalk. Having a coffee carafe is so nice in the morning. Thank you! I really appreciated that. I’m not a single cup fan. The little kitchen nook has what you need to eat a quick bit. Honestly, we booked because there were Tesla chargers on site. However, even with our adapter they were not compatible. We learned one more lesson about car charging. No problem though , we charged at Loon mountain and did a fast charge later in the week at a Tesla charge in Conway. We loved staying at Riverwalk and tried to find time to fit in a wine tasting and sitting by the fire pit. There just wasn’t time.

Beata was very responsive to all my needs and questions! Perfect place for large family: parents, grandkids and grandparents. Felt everyone had enough space to all hang out and also privacy when needed!!! Pool and hot-tub in building shared by others was a huge plus:: everyone enjoyed their time here. Thank you again Beata!! Hope to come and stay again in the summer.

The place was great. It was clean and the location to the lake and ski mountain was amazing.
