Queen size bed in private bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen is attached to the living room giving it an open floor plan. There is a common area in the back that has the laundry facility as well as a grill. Guest must provide their own propane. The washer and dryer are free but also available to others so please do not leave clothes unattended.

Does not have an oven. Shared courtyard/patio area with long term tenants (they have a small friendly dog ). Has an outdoor patio with table/chairs/umbrella. 2 bicycles for use. Close to the river (5 min walk), 3 mile from downtown NSB & canal st. and 10-15 min drive to NSB beach and Flagler Ave.
