A half hour from Manhattan, transport yourself here, where you can choose among outdoor cocktail venues, fall asleep on the hammock beneath the dapple of a Japanese maple, or take a hot tub then an outdoor shower after running through the trail system next door. Upstairs, you'll find three pleasing bedrooms and an aerie-like living and dining space, cooled by ceiling fans, windows, and zoned mini splits. Downstairs, where it stays cooler, and new guest suite and more places to work or sprawl.

COVID-19 ready. Allow 48h between reservations for thorough sanitation. 3 bedrooms house near the Leonardo Marina. Near stores and beaches, Sandy Hook is just ten minutes away. Pets are welcome at no additional fee. There is a wrap around deck with table, chairs, umbrellas and barbecue. This is a clean and simple home. If you have pet allergies this house is not for you. I strongly suggest you have a car to get around, Uber can be very expensive. There is a $25 fee/night for the 7th person.
