Monthly Rentals in Newport Beach

We had a wonderful extended stay. The location could not have been better, with lovely walks in both directions along the beach and bay. Our dog immediately chose the resident doggie bed over her own. Because I like to prepare our meals, I would have preferred more counter space in the kitchen, but kitchen was stocked with plenty of tools and appliances to make it work. Our host, Despina, was responsive and helpful. We were overall very pleased with her and the neighborhood.

The place was clean and the amenities in the room were very helpful. Close walk to either beach in just a few minutes. Note the garage spaces are shared with no wall between the two so dont think of it as a "secure" storage but, it was still helpful and I was able to squeeze in my vehicle to keep it out of the sun which was a nice perk and avoid parking limitations on the street with the street sweepers. Overall, it was a great experience and location for the price!

This apartment was exactly what I needed. It had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable, and its location was unbeatable—close to everything! I especially loved walking around the neighborhood, which was super charming and full of character. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, and working with the management company was seamless from start to finish. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you Tower 17! :)

A host who is friendly and the room was a very clean and comfortable. Two thumbs up!
