Charming, rustic, ocean front cottage in the heart of the hip Nye Beach district in Newport, Oregon! Cottage sits on a bluff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. These historic cottages were built in 1910 as summer cottages and retain their original charm. There are very few of these original cottages left! Walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, performing arts, visual arts, galleries, shopping and pubs... this place has it all! Sunsets here are breathtaking.

Seal Rock Perch Getaway

Our home has one bedroom (plush queen) and one bath. The two leather couches in the living room fold out to full beds. The kitchen is well setup for the weekend chef. The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

Oceanfront Condo - Second Floor - Pet Friendly!

'Til Depth Do Us Part' is what we call this romanic oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa, a beautiful full kitchen. The beach access is only about a block away with a private beach access entry. This unit is also pet friendly - There will be an additional pet fee of $50 + tax per animal, limit of 2 per unit. Don't forget about our indoor heated pool and hot tub, as well as the game room on site!
