In winter, enjoy tobogganing, skiing and snowboarding on the Hoherodskopf or cross-country skiing on the extensive network of trails – winter hikes or snowshoeing through the snow!

In autumn and winter you can enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows. Enjoy the absolute tranquility and watch deer, foxes and hares right at your doorstep. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and who want a time of relaxation.

The ground floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the Konrad-Zuse city of Hünfeld. It is 500 m to an outdoor swimming pool and 400 m to the Haselsee recreational park. The city center of Hünfeld with its cafés, shopping and restaurants can be reached through the Bürgerpark in approx. 15-minute walk. The nearby Rhön with its biosphere reserve as well as the ski and toboggan arena on the Wasserkuppe are about 35 minutes. Fulda is about 15 minutes by car.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Sauna & hot tub must be booked on request. (€80) Both are fired with wood. (No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

Our beautiful apartment is located in a half-timbered house from 1749 in a quiet location in the Vogelsberg. The apartment offers up to 6 sleeping accommodations (2x double beds, 2x single beds) and is equipped with a spacious combined kitchen/living room. The property with a stream, pond and horse paddock invites you to linger. A patio with outdoor dining area can also be used by our guests. Dogs are also very welcome here.
