Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house overlooking the Stiftskirche and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It is about 40 square meters. Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Oasis on the edge of the forest "Rotkehlchenhain"

Our newly renovated tiny house for 2 - 4 people awaits you, nestled under the magnificent linden tree in our garden at the edge of the forest of Ziegenhagen. It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Beautiful quiet accommodation on the Thöneberg

Our quietly located accommodation in the basement with approx. 25 m² is equipped with modern furniture and a kitchen. A covered seating area with a grill is right in front of it. You can access the property through a separate entrance door. Nieste is a small community that invites you to relax with its diverse hiking trails (premium trails) and mountain bike trails. Hiking trails are within a 2-minute walking distance. Kassel city center can be reached in just 15 minutes.

Studio am See

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

Cozy apartment on the top floor for a maximum of two people, with well-equipped kitchenette for self-catering, fridge with freezer compartment, stove, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, etc... Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. Hot water and heating are always available. On Sundays the "Legionella guard" works, then Tap water is 64°C hot! Good for staff of personnel service providers.

Rural living in the countryside, ideal for active people

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and the latest technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.
