Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen. It is located in a half-timbered house overlooking the Stiftskirche and the Kaufunger Wald. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It is about 40 square meters. Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.

Willkommen in unserer renovierten & liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in der Liebigstraße, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uni & des Klinikums. Die Maisonnette-Wohnung ist eine 7-minütigen Straßenbahnfahrt von der Stadtmitte (Königsplatz) entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca 10 Min mit der Bahn oder dem Bus zu erreichen. Beautiful apartment with balcony in great location

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
