Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

The apt. is located in Bovenden, has a separate entrance via the terrace and is fully equipped with everything necessary to accomodate 2-4 people. The bedroom has 2 single beds and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The city center of Göttingen and the railway station are reached within 15 minutes by bus. Unfortunately the apt. is not suited for wheelchairs as there is a stairway leading to the entrance. Also smoking inside and pets are not allowed here. We look forward to your stay!

Unsere Ferienwohnung im gemütlichen „New Country Style“ lädt zur Erholung und Entspannung ein. Genießen Sie die Outdoor-Sauna in direkter Nähe der Wohnungsterrasse. Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Haustiere bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 35 cm sind erlaubt.

The cozily furnished bright apartment is located in the Göttingen East Quarter only about 1 km away from the historic old town very close to the Schillerwiesen. In a few steps you can reach the bus stop with direct connection to the train station 2 km away. The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The property is located in the center of Göttingen and is quickly accessible from the train station at 650 meters. Shopping for everyday needs is possible in the shortest distance.
