Holiday rentals with a kayak in Nolin Lake

What a wonderful house! Justin has thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was very comfortable. The location is beautiful with decks and 2 fire pits. It is private and quiet and we would definitely recommend this home especially if you are coming with kids!

Lovely. Only wish I had arranged for a longer stay Wish that I had arranged to cook dinner for our group in the beautiful kitchen instead of having a group dinner in a café at Mammoth Cave Lodge The back porch the surroundings are all beautiful. I will absolutely recommend this house and the adjoining properties as a wedding venue for my nephew.

We had a wonderful time here, and it worked very well for a multi-family stay! Patrick was very helpful and we appreciated the whole area!

This home was the perfect spot for our family Christmas weekend! It was decorated with a Christmas tree and kid friendly ornaments, many subtle touches throughout! The kitchen was stocked better than any house we’ve rented. It had EVERYTHING we needed to cook and eat meals together! The outside space was great and it was warm enough outside to enjoy watching TV on the deck with the fireplace. Thank you for sharing your home!

Dustin home was everything as described. The home seemed to be newly renovated. Well equipped with everything your family will need except for an iron. But that was ok. Because the home had way more amenities than the average. The beds slept comfortably. There were plenty of games to choose from. Aswell there were kayaks for the river that was adjacent to the property. The home is in a very secluded area, but that to is fine aswell. If we are ever in the area again we will book it.

My family rented Eric's house for the Christmas holidays. We liked it so much that we extended our stay into New Year's. It is a perfect place for a family outing. Everything is new. There is a nice big open living room/kitchen/dining area with a full-sized refrigerator, all the cooking utensils you could want, a large table for playing games, plenty of comfortable seating with a reclining sectional, and a nice wall-mounted tv in the living room and each bedroom. There are two king beds, both very comfortable, and a set of full-sized bunk beds in a third bedroom, along with even more sleeping space in the open upstairs loft. Do be aware that there is a Jack and Jill bathroom between the two main bedrooms, so make sure you don't mind sharing. However, there is a second full bath off the dining area for those who desire more privacy. Eric and his friends decorated beautifully for us and were good to accommodate every request we made. We were very pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.

Neily was great. She's very responsive, helped us get more supplies when needed. She also answered questions so we'd be prepared prior to the visit. The location is on a pretty rugged gravel road with some steep hills. The driveway is extremely steep going down to the home end you'll need to back up on that hill as well. It was raining a ton but we were able to do it with a 15 person passenger van so it's doable! Lovely lake. Lots of amenities. Close to Mammoth cave. 20 min to the national Forest and 20 more to the tour entrance so plan ahead. Truly-a wonderful space for a large group. My exchange student group really enjoyed their visit!

Secluded retreat with lakefront access and great views from a cozy screened-in porch. Host is accommodating and communicative.

Cozy, clean cabin nestled in beautiful scenery with ponds, nearby lake for kayaking, hiking trail with cave, waterfall, Billy Goats gruff & trolls. Hosts were very responsive. Would be a great place for family reunions. Remote--DG Market about 20 minutes away. Large porches to relax & take in the views or firepit to gather around. Toured Crystal Onyx Cave with kitchy picture ops. Visited Bowling Green. Want to come back to track a corvette & visit museum. Booked 3 nights--should have planned a whole week!

The cabin is beautiful. My family had a wonderful time. We can't wait to come back again.

Our family of four love Doc's place. This was our 2nd spring break in a row staying there. We have stayed in the lodge, the lodge cabins, and Doc's place is our favorite! My girls say it is very aesthetic, and the loft bedroom of the cabin is perfect for kids! We roasted hotdogs and made smores in the firepit, and enjoyed walking over the bridge to the falls..Bring a lock with your families name on it to put on the bridge!.. We brought our little puppy and love the fact that the cabin is super pet friendly!.. Our host Jennifer was super helpful and accommodating!..We will definitely be back, hopefully this summer!

Our family had a wonderful time here. It’s perfect for young children. Our kids played on the playground with the kids in the family staying in the other cabin any chance they got. They loved feeding the goats and the dogs that came by to visit. It was an easy drive to mammoth cave from here. It was so nice to come back and relax here at the end of the day while the kids played.

we really enjoyed our stay, it was absolutely beautiful. we loved the kayaking. I do wish the rd to the Airbnb had more gravel on it, it rained alot during our stay an it was a lil tricky getting up an down the muddy rd. we will definitely be back in the fall

Clean and comfortable! Our son loves all things Bigfoot, so this was a fun cabin. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit.
