Bus and train run from Melhus city center to Trondheim. 25 min trip to the city. When you're not rooting for your ski idol or participating in all that happens around the World Cup, you can enjoy a quiet moment around the fire pan or warm your body in the jacuzzi or sauna. Inside the living room are 2 large living rooms that invite socializing. Large kitchen that is richly equipped.

Herbre with fireplace and wood fired sauna by the lake.

Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! Herbret is 80 meters from Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake stands the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope Vm8. Bus station 200 m to take you to the village core. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about a 20 minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. However, sheets are NOT included. Good to know, the train rails are close, noise of trains a few times per day. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

Recharge in this unique and tranquil space. The place is simple, with small fridge. Breakfast, bicycles and bed linen, duvets and pillows can be ordered for an additional fee. The guest bathroom in the main house is free to use. A short walking distance to Valberg Slektsgård and the popular Frostastien that runs along the coast on Frosta. Idyllic vegetable stalls just 700 meters away. Lovely bathing jetty 600 m away where you can take a delicious bath. You pass the popular "Arntzenbolla" at Arntzen bakery 4.5 km.

"Myråkran" is located on Innstrand, a few kilometres from Brekstad on Ørland. The old Innstrand school was rehabilitated in 2013 and is now used as one of two residential properties on the property. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 12 beds in the 2 buildings. There is a bathroom with shower in each living room unit. In school it is an old style, while the architectural is from 2012 - 2013. In the older "Trønderlåna" is the most structural shift in the period 2004 - 2008 but an older style of fixtures.

Bergheim is a modern and unique house by the sea in Sør-Beitstad, about 12 minutes from Steinkjer city center, with beautiful views and a large outdoor area with several flats. Here you can enjoy delicious days and evenings on the flat by the sea, or in the bathtub with a view. Large bathroom and dining area for 8 in open and bright kitchen. Lovely 4th floor apartment by the Nidelva river. Here you can open the French balcony doors and get comfortable and enjoy the view of the brewery in Kjøpmannsgata, Gamle bybro and Nidaros Cathedral, in addition to the afternoon and evening sun. Morning coffee can be enjoyed in the sun on the porch by the front door.
