Vakkerbo is half of a semi-detached house located on Skorstad on the beautiful Otterøya. Vakkerbo gives you access to a large veranda with sea view. Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the closest neighbor and nice rocks that belong to the property. Otterøya offers nice hiking opportunities both on foot or by bike. Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Should the rain hog down, Namsos city center is about 3 miles from the property; here you get good shopping opportunities. Cabin by the waterfront

Enjoy a stylish experience in a central location. The cabin is located right on the seafront only a few meters to the sea/boat/beach life. The famous frostasty is just outside of the cabin field. The cabin is located on the upper row with great views. If it is desired to rent bed linen/towels, it must be notified in advance and this is provided. This costs 250,- per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if interested.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Swim in the pool, fish in the river or water, go hiking in untouched nature or just relax in silence without neighbors. Here you can be on your own and disconnect. We don't have electricity on the seats, but we do have gas heating on the water and a gas stove in the kitchen. In winter, there is no road to the cabin, but we can transport you in by snowmobile. Feel free to ask us before you book. Water in the sanitation and hot tub is off in winter.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Very nice year-round hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. Fishing opportunities in the salmon river and swimming facilities Tømmeråsfossen waterfall. Nice area for berry picking. 10 min to Grong center. 50 min to Namskogan family park.
