Close to the city centre, but on a cul-de-sac with a nice view and quiet surroundings. 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, large outdoor area with access to a barbecue (summer) and a fire pit! Private laundry room. 5-7 minutes by car to the city centre. 1 room is private and will be locked. Bedroom 1: 150 bed 2nd bedroom: 180 bed Bedroom 3: 120 bed Bedroom 4: 120 bed Important: we have a dog, so some dog hair is not to be avoided.

Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, in addition to Volhaugen and Båbufjellet. Possible to use the barbecue hut in the woods by the farm. Golf opportunities in Steinkjer and Verdal.

Newly renovated main part in a sheltered house located on the farm, with a wonderful view of Verdal and Trondheim Fjord. It's perfect for two, and with the guest bed, there's room for one more person. There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. Enjoyed it here with the whole family, no traffic past the house. If you need accommodation for more than three people, it is possible to rent an additional studio. There is also a spacious veranda downstairs with a small group of garden furniture. Fire pit for cozy evenings. No smoking. Pets allowed. Wood burning. Do not burn anything other than wood in the oven.

My place is by the fjord. You'll love my place because of the location. One house in the courtyard is for rent. My place is good for couples, those traveling alone, and families (with children). My place is a farm with plant production and is located by itself. If you want a quiet place, this is a good choice.
