The cottage is just a short walk from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches, where there are plenty of opportunities for swimming, playing and long walks along the water. The large, enclosed and secluded garden is perfect for both children and dogs, who can play freely while the adults enjoy the sun on the terrace or a quiet moment with a cup of coffee.

On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop. Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
