There is a large living room with dining and working area, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower and bathtub. The open, almost loft-like cut, the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows let in a lot of light. This makes the old building look very modern.

The former washhouse was built in 1870 and completely renovated in 2014. It has a total of 22 sqm of living space over 2 floors and offers a fantastic view of the Elbe. It can accommodate 2 people overnight. However, due to the very steep staircase, the house is not suitable for babies and children under 5 years old. The non-smoking accommodation is not wheelchair accessible and pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
