Surrounded by greenery: Our vacation & wooden house surrounded by the small pony farm. The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

The house is located at the end of a quiet street. It is ideal for family holidays. It offers 2 large and 2 small bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large living and dining area. Bus and train station are within walking distance and Hamburg city centre can be reached in under 30 minutes. The airport is 20 minutes by taxi. Dear guests, our quiet but centrally located semi-detached house is located in Norderstedt Mitte (near Hamburg). Within walking distance: U1 station Norderstedt Mitte (within approx. 7-8 min.) as well as the bus station, all shopping facilities, as well as doctors. Reachable by car: Airport approx. 20 min. AEZ shopping center approx. 25 min. Hamburg city center approx. 45 min. Hamburg harbor approx. 30 min. The free parking lot is right next to the house and the terrace in front of it.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Beautiful bright and modern apartment on 2 levels. Downstairs is a guest toilet, entrance area, living room and open kitchen. Upstairs is a very spacious shower bathroom, a bedroom with pull-out sofa and desk and a large bedroom with double bed and dressing area. Underfloor heating and electric blinds in all rooms. A fantastically beautiful apartment in a top location, fully equipped.
