Walking distance to grocery stores, gyms and shopping center Kolbotn Torg. 3 min walk to bus and 20 min walk to train station (19 min to Oslo S) There are great opportunities for hiking, skiing and running in the woods nearby. 25 min walk to The Well - which is the largest spa in the north.

In this place, the family can live idyllically and peacefully in a central location. 10 minutes to Tusenfryd, short road to train 20 min to Oslo. Short distance to nice swimming beaches. Lots of nice hiking areas and you can borrow bikes that are here. In winter, it is a short walk to fine cross-country ski trails. There is also a short distance (15 min) to a smaller alpine resort or you can take the trip to Tryvann by public transport or car 40 min.

This 250 m2 high standard house is only 20-25 minutes from Oslo by car, but is still situated in a rural location 100m from the fjord. Here you can enjoy the seaview from a large balcony or from the inside through the many large windows. You can enjoy a nice workout in a well equipped gym, or relax down by the small beach 2 minutes away. The kids will love the sea, the playground and "tusenfryd" the amusement park nearby.
