Nordre Solberg farm, rural oasis near Oslo

Welcome to our little paradise! In the main house at Solberg farm you will have the opportunity to experience the tranquility with extensive views of forests and fields. The 1900 main house has four bedrooms with beds for 7-8 people and several living rooms to be able to enjoy the days, whatever the weather. On the farm you will live with two self-contained cats, some hens and a kind rooster. If you want, you can pick the breakfast eggs from the chicken coop yourself. When we rent out the main house, we ourselves live in our guest cabin 1 km away (can also be rented via Airbnb).

West-facing apartment with sea view

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our newly built detached house and has fantastic views of Bunnefjorden. There is a large west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. The apartment is located in idyllic Svartskog and has fantastic hiking opportunities. It is a short distance to Bunnefjorden, where you can swim, fish, or paddle a kayak. You can rustle through the forest and eat at Svartskog kolonial, or you can walk the Kyststien down to Breivoll farm. You can take the 505 bus to Oslo from Svartskogtoppen in 20 minutes.

The villa has a large private yard with its own jetty and lovely view of Kolbotnvannet. The garden has several patios where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late evening The space in front of the house has a large seating area and dining table that sleeps 12. For the children, there is trampoline, remember and a playroom. The house was built in 1919 and completely renovated in 2015, offering everything one would expect from a modern residence. Large bedrooms, large social zones, large windows and modern amenities.

Bring your family, partner, or employees and enjoy a peaceful, modern, new, charming house in the countryside. The house is comfortable with, among other things, 2 luxurious bathrooms. There is its own fenced, sheltered garden where you can enjoy the hot tub with birds singing and something good in the glass. Right by forest, hiking trails, the scout cabin with fire pit only 400 m away. The hot tub is closed in winter between 1 December - 1 April. 🫧🛀 (Check with the host if it can be heated for an extra fee in winter)

Apartment of 55 sqm. 12-15 minutes walk to the train station and Ås centrum. The train takes you to Oslo in 18 minutes. Just a short drive away from daisies. The apartment is located in otherwise quiet surroundings, close to the field. West facing balcony. TV, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, fully automatic coffee machine and free parking. 1 large double bed + sofa with one sleeping place. Towels, duvets and bed linen for 2 people are included. Rekreasjonshytte hvor du kan koble helt av. To små hus på en utsiktstomt. De ligger tilbaketrukket med urskogen som nærmeste nabo bak. Pent oppgradert. Hovedhytte har kjøkken, stue og bad med toalett. Det lille annekset har to soverom, samt et rom med en brisk og en arbeidsplass. Merk: Toalett er i hovedhytta. Kort vei til storsenter i Ski. 20 min. til Tusenfryd Fornøyelsepark. 24-timers åpen butikk fem minutter unna (se bilde - Kråkstadboller anbefales!). 45 min. til handlesenter i Sverige.

The bed is 140 cm, so if you are 2 you should be a couple or very good friends :) Parking available for rent. Recommend downloading the Aimo Park app ahead of time as it can be tricky to download via 5G web. The apartment is not "near the lake", but has not yet managed to remove it from AirBnB.
