Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
