Welcome to the Cozy Earth Off-grid Glamping Retreat! Enjoy the secluded and private setting of our cozy 4 season canvas bell tent, complete with queen size bed, heated outdoor shower and propane heater for those chilly evenings. Located minutes from renowned Cavendish Beach National Park. You can enjoy miles of white gold sand, scenic golf courses, deep-sea fishing, hiking trails and world famous lobster suppers. At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has two queen beds and private deck. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge, and there is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (available for 1 hour private booking $25) 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires and star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River below.

Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
