Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

This wooden architect's house, located on the edge of the Perche forest on a beautiful plot of 10,000 m2 bordered by trees, can accommodate 4 people. Very quiet, immersed in nature (deer are frequently seen and birds are at home), it also offers all the comforts for a serene stay. It is ideal for a family as well as for a group of friends or a solo stay away from the world. It consists of an open space of 42 m2 + mezzanine of 9 m2.

Upstairs is: a double bed 140 x 200 cm, a small wardrobe and a hammock for your reading breaks. Electricity is solar, the sanitary system is ecological.
