Cozy apartment. Attractive location

Really cozy two-room apartment. Good double elevation bed, with separate mattresses. Small staircase up to the bedroom, which has a low ceiling but is super cosy, good cupboard space. There is underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine in the kitchen and shared tumble dryer in the basement. Good, well-furnished living room with television, large TV package, internet. Super good location close to the centre, marina, cafes and good shopping opportunities etc

Simple cozy central for the price conscious Airbnb guest. Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located home where you are close to everything. The home is cozy. Super central location, and cozy apartment, bathroom is not new but clean and functional, private toilet only belonging to the apartment. Bedding and towels are included in the price. Lejligheden ligger i Nordjyllands højeste ejendom "Horisonten", som er opført i 2020. Lejligheden er placeret på 8. sal, og byder derfor på en skøn udsigt over Limfjorden, Aalborg Centrum og den omkringliggende natur. Du kan gå til Aalborg Centrum på ca. 20 minutter via den hyggelige Kulturbro. Foretrækker du at gøre turen lidt nemmere, ligger Lindholm Station blot 500 meter fra lejligheden - Herfra kører der tog direte til Aalborg Centrum, hvor du er fremme på få minutter.

Park in your own carport in an area with very few parking spaces. Short distance to airport, train station and bus stops. Walking distance to the center of Ålborg.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place with free parking and walking distance to Aalborg. Close to the E45 Newly renovated with a nice bathroom, new kitchen and stylish design. Can be used for couples, singles or a small family of 3. There used to be a sofa bed, but this has now been replaced with a bed, so there is better comfort. Perfect location

Important info: Renovation work of the building takes place in the month of August 2025. Construction noise and dust must be expected, as the building needs to be sanded and cleaned. Perfect location right in the heart of the city close to all sights and close to public transportation. Fits two people.
