Soak up the simple life of this peaceful and centrally-located home. The house is located both close to the city center and with the forest in the backyard. There are good bus connections to all of Aalborg and the surrounding area near the house. It is possible to park at the house. The villa is a so-called 2-family house, with two separate apartments. The apartment for rent is on the house 1. Sal, with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The entrance hall of the house shares the two apartments with a staircase. There are separate keys for the two apartments.

Cozy year-round house used for summer house in the North Jutland resort town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with space for 6 people and bathroom. The ground floor has a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

Cozy townhouse in the middle of Aalborg, close to cafes, harbor environment and pedestrian streets, with the possibility of free parking. The house is originally from 1895 totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need to have a lovely stay. The home is on 2 levels and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. The living room plan consists of a kitchen/living room that allows for extra bedding. Svejgaard guesthouse by the sea, rural surroundings

Our newly built guesthouse is located in beautiful surroundings overlooking the forest and lake, close to the North Sea and Fårup. The family rooms have a private toilet/bath and have direct access to the terrace. The double rooms have a French balcony and are located on the 1st floor and have their own toilet/bath on the ground floor. Rooms share a large shared kitchen. All rooms have views of fields and forests. The guesthouse is located on a farm, we have various animals and a pottery workshop you can visit.

Large family friendly house close to Aalborg

Welcome to the large family-friendly house on the outskirts of Nørresundby. The house is located 100m from scenic areas - including Lindholm Høje and Aalborg The practice area of Aalborg. During the summer months, it is possible to play football and jump on the trampoline in the garden. The house gathering place is the central kitchen/living room where there is access to the south-facing terrace. On the first floor is the living room where you can relax while you can enjoy the view of Nørresundby and Aalborg.

Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. The sound of the ocean!

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Furreby with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
