The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

It´s a big bright house with a fantastic view. The house is completely reconditioned. There are 5 rooms, a big kitchen, big dining place, nice livingroom with a woodburning stove. There are two bathrooms - one master with bathtub - both also have showers. It´s located 2,4 km from center (20 min. walk). 300m to public transport and many shopping facilities. Close to big lake and nature. We also have fast wifi (100/100Mbit/s) and a tv with Chromecast/AppleTV to use with your devices or laptops.

We have just finished renovating the kitchen, dining area and living room in this beautiful house, and we hope that you will love it, as much as we do. The house has high ceilings, scandi-vibes, a fireplace, and stunning views of nature. The house has several large terraces to soak up the sun no matter the time of the day and the best beach in all of Denmark is only five minutes walk away.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

Du kan gå til Aalborg Centrum på ca. 20 minutter via den hyggelige Kulturbro. Foretrækker du at gøre turen lidt nemmere, ligger Lindholm Station blot 500 meter fra lejligheden - Herfra kører der tog direte til Aalborg Centrum, hvor du er fremme på få minutter.

Cottage by Svanemølleparken

Feel the real atmosphere of authenticity and charm in the old cottage. Enjoy the garden or sunset beyond the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Svanemøll park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping like SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the summerhouse.
