Lovely little apartment with two balconies where the sun is all day. New kitchen and bathroom. Close to large park Kildeparken an oasis in aalborg. The train station, city center . Aalborg hall 3 min and 7 min to Skovdalen. Walking distance. Close to restaurants and cafes and shopping. Music the house and the harbor There are also tables and benches in a small courtyard There is an elevator in the unit. And stairs And parking at the home , if occupied , there is a large parking space 2 minutes from the home . Will do everything for a great stay in Aalborg

Cozy annex in quiet area

A short distance from shopping and highway. Great for the light needs. For example, if you are passing through or seasonal worker. The toilet and bathroom can easily be arranged but are not in the home. The annex is located in the garden associated with villa. There is a sofa, internet, work table, and a delicious continental double bed, as well as a wardrobe. Outside the annex is a small patio with table and chairs. Keep in mind the price is set very low, which is related to the limited amenities. Annex is from 2021

Lejligheden er belligende i Nordjyllands højeste bygning "Horisonten", som er opført i 2020. lejligheden er 75 m2, og fra 8. sal er der en skøn udsigt over Limfjorden, Aalborg Centrum og dejlig natur. Der er 20 minutters gåafstand til Aalborg Centrum via "kulturbroen". Derudover er kun 5 minutters gang til bus- og togstation samt et naturskønt sted med græssende får og storslået udsigt over vandet. Det er muligt at finde gratis parkering inden for 300 m.
