The annex is located on a natural plot in the forest with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg 15 min to the city bus. Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Lejligheden er belligende i Nordjyllands højeste bygning "Horisonten", som er opført i 2020. lejligheden er 75 m2, og fra 8. sal er der en skøn udsigt over Limfjorden, Aalborg Centrum og dejlig natur. Der er 20 minutters gåafstand til Aalborg Centrum via "kulturbroen". Derudover er kun 5 minutters gang til bus- og togstation samt et naturskønt sted med græssende får og storslået udsigt over vandet. Det er muligt at finde gratis parkering inden for 300 m.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home with free parking and walking distance to Aalborg. Close by the E45 Newly renovated with a nice bathroom, new kitchen, and stylish design. Can be used for couples, single or a small family of 3. There was before a sofa bed, but this one has now been replaced with a bed, so there is better comfort. Der er desuden kaffemaskine, mikroovn, elkedel og brødrister. Der er service til 4 personer. Fri wifi samt 3 fjernsyn med 30 kanaler. Havemøbler samt lille grill med kul i baghaven, hvor annekset ligger, må benyttes.
